How it works.

Step 1

Activate your license

Open Nanopixel on your desktop, paste the license key from your purchase email, and your device is activated. You can do this on up to 2 devices.

Step 2

View active devices

Visit your Polar customer portal to see which devices are currently using your license.

Step 3

Switch or deactivate a device

Need to move your license to a new machine? Deactivate an old device from the Polar portal, then activate on your new device.

Step 4

Lost or inaccessible device

If you can't access an old device, you can still remotely deactivate it from the Polar portal, no support ticket needed.

How many devices can I use?

Your license supports up to 2 active devices at the same time. You can switch devices anytime by deactivating one and activating another.

How do I deactivate a device?

Go to your Polar customer portal (link below), find your Nanopixel license, and click deactivate on the device you want to remove.

I lost my laptop. Can I still use my license?

Yes. Go to the Polar customer portal and remotely deactivate the lost device. Then activate your license on a new device.

What if I see "device limit reached"?

This means both device slots are in use. Deactivate one device from the Polar portal, then retry activation on your new device.

Where is my license key?

Your license key was sent to your purchase email by Polar. Check your inbox and spam folder. You can also find it in your Polar customer portal.
